Punctuation Love

We move like the ˜ (tilde)
Love [against] love
Meeting within (parentheses)

We are the ; (semicolon)
The & (ampersand)
The ‽ (interrobang)

I am your ! (exclamation point)
Your ’ (apostrophe)

Don’t leave me with an … (ellipsis)
Leave me with “ ” (quotation marks)

    Beautiful capturing of the unseen feelings of symbols.
    Quotation marks. I like that. Feels concrete and seen. Like a love that could last.

    I’ll never look at punctuation marks in the same way again. 🙂 Very cleverly constructed, Benjamin. I like the ending stanza, the way the narrator pleas for a final word from his/her beloved.
