I tried to write a poem
Not for me, just for you
But the only words
That came out were:
I love you
I love you
I love you
I love you
I love you
I love you

  1. Svelte says:

    At a glance I thought I had, ‘cept mine contained I love you x7! Jk! πŸ™‚ #justlove

  2. Yeah, I think I have one or a hundred of those from my school-girl crush years πŸ˜‰ Really liking the #justlove …

  3. Miranda Stone says:

This is such a moving poem in its simplicity, Benjamin. Well done, my friend.

  4. I should have you proofread my I love you poems. πŸ˜‰ This poem is so simple. I adore your thoughts, Mr. Flirty. You simply wrote of an amazing feeling…

  5. F.G.M. says:

Love is simple! You have proven it! πŸ™‚

  6. stacilys says:

    Now that’s a lot of love. πŸ™‚
You’re just a romantic at heart, aren’t you Benjamin.

  7. InfiniteZip says:

I write it in my head a lot, I try to say it to myself at least twice a day, and to the hubs constantly πŸ™‚

  8. Phen Weston says:

Sheer brilliance my friend. Sometimes that is all the words you need. The most beautiful and emotive. Love is a great word πŸ™‚

  9. Johnny Ojanpera says:

Masterful work, Benjamin. I love you too.

  10. The “simplicity” of this says it all. I am going to print this for my stepson. He delights in poems such as this- the rhythm and tone speak to him.

  11. redgladiola says:

I say that’s the best way to go about it. Direct communication without a chance for misunderstanding! =)
