Sight Beyond Sight

Tense
structure
divides eyes
unwilling to
unwind the
coming
sight

There
is some
before in
the soon after
though vision
may not
see

That
hindsight
is just half
of what we need
if new days
are to
kneel

To
a time
before we
could ever see
the things that
make us
free
